PET REQUIREMENTS
Up to date vaccinations including Rabies, DA2PP (distemper, Adenovirus, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and Bordetella (kennel cough) are required a minimum of three days prior to scheduled daycare or boarding drop-off. Parasite control is also recommended.

Vaccination documents are required to book a reservation. Vaccination certificate must be uploaded to your dog’s personal profile before your booking will be confirmed. Our easy-to-use software allows you to do this easily on your own. If needed please contact one of the members of our Rocking K9 Team and we can support you with uploading the necessary documentation.

All new dogs that plan to visit the kennel are required to under good a temperament assessment to see if they are a good fit with our social kennel environment. Please send a message by email through your ProPet profile, or using the website contact form, or text the kennel phone number listed at the bottom of this page to arrange a time to meet.

$27.50 - Full-Day Hours
(7:00am - 6:00pm Monday-Friday)
(9:00am - 4:00pm Saturday)
$20.00 - Half-Day Hours
(5 hours - anytime during business hours)

Checkout time is 12pm on departure day. NOTE: A daycare fee will be added to late checkouts.

CANCELATION POLICY
For boarding, a 48-hour cancelation policy is in effect. This means any changes made within 48 hours of your booking date will be subject to a cancelation fee. Any changes made to the reservation mid-stay that shorten the duration of the stay will be required to pay the original reservation fee.

For daycare please provide at least 24-hour notice if your reservation needs to be canceled. A cancelation fee may be applied.
DROP OFF
Upon drop-off, all dogs are required to be on leash with a collar to ensure ease and safety of the drop-off process. Collar will be removed by staff to ensure dogs safety while in daycare and boarding.
For boarding a sufficient amount of your dog’s food will be required at drop-off as well, and must be clearly labeled with your dog’s full name.
